Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Tago Write, a service provided by Tago Company and operated by Chanwoo Song. By using the service, the user agrees to these terms.

1. The service

Tago Write is a Korean writing-learning service that provides copying exercises, writing tasks, dictionary tools, AI feedback, and learning records. AI feedback is normally limited to a combined total of three uses per day. Features and limits may change when reasonably necessary to operate the service.

2. AI feedback and TOPIK

Scores, levels, explanations, examples, and other AI output may contain errors or unsuitable expressions. They are learning references, not professional instruction, official TOPIK scoring, or a guarantee of ability or examination results.

Tago Write is not an official application of TOPIK or its administering organizations.

3. Accounts and user content

Users are responsible for maintaining their account. Guest records may be lost after deleting the app or changing devices. Accounts can be deleted from Settings and cannot be restored after deletion.

Users retain rights to writing they create. Users permit Tago Company to process that content only as necessary to provide feedback, storage, service security, and related functions. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or contains unnecessary personal or confidential information.

4. Prohibited use

  • Violating applicable law, public order, or another person’s rights.
  • Impersonating another person or misusing authentication information.
  • Automated bulk access, evasion of usage limits, reverse engineering, interference, or attacks.
  • Submitting harmful instructions or data intended to manipulate the AI or service.

5. Changes, suspension, and responsibility

Access may be limited or suspended for prohibited conduct, security risks, legal requests, maintenance, failures, or unavailable third-party services. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law, except where consumer law or intentional or grossly negligent conduct provides otherwise.
